TD系列斗式提升機(jī)產(chǎn)品概述

       TD系列斗式提升機(jī)適用于垂直輸送堆積密度不大于1.5t/m3的粉狀、粒狀、及小塊狀的磨琢性較小的散狀物料，如糧食、煤、水泥、碎礦石等，提升高度最高40m。TD系列斗式提升機(jī)嚴(yán)格按照J(rèn)B3926-85《垂直斗式提升機(jī)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造，目前國(guó)內(nèi)常用的斗式提升機(jī)均為垂直式。TD系列斗式提升機(jī)特點(diǎn)為：結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，挖取式裝料，離心重力式卸料，物料溫度不超過60℃；TD系列斗式提升機(jī)與傳統(tǒng)D型斗式提升機(jī)相比輸送效率高、料斗形式多，應(yīng)優(yōu)先選用。本機(jī)備有四種料斗：Q型（淺斗）、H型（弧底斗）、zh型（中深斗）、sh型（深斗），分別輸送各種物料，用戶可以根據(jù)物料特性來選擇適當(dāng)?shù)牧隙贰１咎嵘龣C(jī)代號(hào)為TD,即帶式斗式提升機(jī)；產(chǎn)品規(guī)格以斗寬表示。

TD系列斗式提升機(jī)基本結(jié)構(gòu)

      TD型斗式提升機(jī)由運(yùn)行部分(料斗與牽引膠帶),帶有傳動(dòng)滾筒的上部區(qū)段，帶有拉緊滾筒的下部區(qū)段，中間機(jī)殼,驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,逆止制動(dòng)裝置等組成。適用于向上輸送松散密度ρ＜1.5t/m3粉狀、粒狀和小塊狀的無磨琢性和半磨琢性散狀物料,如煤、砂、焦末、水泥、碎礦石等。TD型斗式提升機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)形式為：TD型斗提升機(jī)的傳動(dòng)裝置有兩種形式，分別配有YZ型減速器、ZQ(或YY)型減速器。YZ型軸減速器直接裝在主軸軸頭上,省去了傳動(dòng)平臺(tái)、聯(lián)軸器等,使結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、重量輕,而且其內(nèi)部帶有異型輥逆止器，逆止可靠。該減速器噪音低，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，并隨主軸浮動(dòng)，可消除安裝應(yīng)力。

(1).TD系列斗式提升機(jī)

    TH系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種常用的提升設(shè)備，該系列斗式提升機(jī)采用鍛造環(huán)鏈作為傳動(dòng)部分，具有很強(qiáng)的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，主要用于提升粉體和小顆粒及小塊狀物料。區(qū)別于TD系列斗式提升機(jī)，其提升量更大、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率更高。其常用于較大比重的物料的提升。
(3).NE系列斗式提升機(jī)
   NE系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種新型的斗式提升機(jī)，其采用板鏈傳動(dòng)，區(qū)別于老型號(hào)TB系列板鏈斗式提升機(jī)，其命名方式采用提升量而命名而非斗寬。如NE150指的是提升量為150噸一小時(shí)而不是斗寬150。NE系列斗式提升機(jī)有著很高的提升效率，根據(jù)提升速度不同還分有NSE型號(hào)及高速板鏈斗式提升機(jī)。
(4).TB系列斗式提升機(jī)
    TB系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種較老型號(hào)的斗式提升機(jī)，其傳動(dòng)部分采用板鏈傳動(dòng)，現(xiàn)已經(jīng)被相應(yīng)NE系列斗式提升機(jī)產(chǎn)品替代。
(5).TG系列斗式提升機(jī)
    TG系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種加強(qiáng)型膠帶斗式提升機(jī)，其區(qū)別于TD系列斗式提升機(jī)，TG系列斗式提升機(jī)采用鋼絲膠帶作為傳動(dòng)帶，其具有更強(qiáng)的傳動(dòng)能力。該系列斗式提升機(jī)多被應(yīng)用于糧食輸送上，又被稱呼為糧食專用斗式提升機(jī)。
(6).其它型號(hào)斗式提升機(jī)
    常見的斗式提升機(jī)型號(hào)還有HL系列斗式提升機(jī)、GTD系列斗式提升機(jī)、GTH系列斗式提升機(jī)等，其均為以上型號(hào)的不同叫法和演變形式。
