HL型環(huán)鏈離心斗式提升機(jī)產(chǎn)品概述
HL型環(huán)鏈離心斗式提升機(jī)適用于垂直輸送磨琢性較大的粉狀、粒狀、及小塊狀物料，如糧食、煤、水泥、碎礦石等，輸送高度最高40m。其特點(diǎn)為，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，掏取式裝料，混合式或重力卸料，輪緣采用組合鏈輪，更換方便，鏈輪輪緣經(jīng)特殊處理壽命長(zhǎng)，下部如采用重力自動(dòng)張緊裝置，能保持恒定的張力，避免打滑或脫鏈，同時(shí)在料斗遇阻時(shí)，有一定的容讓性能夠有效地保護(hù)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件，物料溫度不超過(guò)250℃。

HL型環(huán)鏈離心斗式提升機(jī)工作原理
我公司生產(chǎn)的HL型環(huán)鏈離心斗式提升機(jī)由運(yùn)動(dòng)部分（料斗與牽引鏈條）、帶有傳動(dòng)鏈輪的上部區(qū)段、帶有拉緊輪的下部區(qū)段、中間機(jī)殼、驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、逆止制動(dòng)裝置等組成（見(jiàn)下圖）。本提升機(jī)的料斗為間斷式布置，利用“掏取法”進(jìn)行裝載，“離心投料法”卸料。本提升機(jī)的牽引機(jī)構(gòu)是兩根環(huán)形鏈條。

HL型環(huán)鏈離心斗式提升機(jī)制法和裝法
1、按料斗形狀分為兩種：S制法--帶有深圓底形料斗；Q制法--帶有淺圓底形料斗。
2、按上部區(qū)段卸料口的形式分為兩種：X1 制法--帶有傾斜法蘭的卸料口；X2 制法--帶有水平法蘭的卸料口。
3、按下部區(qū)段進(jìn)料口的形式分為兩種：J1 制法--進(jìn)料口的斜面與水平面成45度角；J2 制法--進(jìn)料口的斜面與水平面成60度角。
4、按中間機(jī)殼側(cè)面檢視門(mén)的位置分為四種：K1 制法--中間機(jī)殼側(cè)面帶有下端左檢視門(mén)；K2 制法--中間機(jī)殼側(cè)面帶有下端右檢視門(mén)；K3 制法--中間機(jī)殼側(cè)面帶有上端左檢視門(mén)；K4 制法--中間機(jī)殼側(cè)面帶有上端右檢視門(mén)。
5、按中間機(jī)殼端面檢視門(mén)的位置分為兩種：Z1 制法--中間機(jī)殼端面帶有下端檢視門(mén)；Z2 制法--中間機(jī)殼端面帶有上端檢視門(mén)。
6、按傳動(dòng)裝置對(duì)提升機(jī)的相對(duì)位置分為兩種：左裝--傳動(dòng)裝置在左側(cè)；右裝--傳動(dòng)裝置在右側(cè)。

斗式提升機(jī)作為一種常用的提升設(shè)備，在得到廣泛應(yīng)用的同時(shí)，根據(jù)不同行業(yè)的要求也有著非常清楚的分類(lèi)，按照傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)可以分為：
(1).TD系列斗式提升機(jī)：
TD系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的斗式提升機(jī)，該系列斗式提升機(jī)和D系列斗式提升機(jī)都是采用的膠帶傳動(dòng)來(lái)提升物料，兩者沒(méi)有本質(zhì)的區(qū)別，D系列斗式提升機(jī)產(chǎn)品型號(hào)較老且型號(hào)規(guī)格少。TD系列斗式提升機(jī)是在D系列斗式提升機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)過(guò)產(chǎn)品改良而來(lái)，其規(guī)格有TD100(不常用)、TD160、TD250、TD315、TD400、TD500、TD630、TD800、TD1000等型號(hào),其中TD160、TD250、TD315等型號(hào)為普遍采用型號(hào).
(2).TH系列斗式提升機(jī)：
TH系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種常用的提升設(shè)備，該系列斗式提升機(jī)采用鍛造環(huán)鏈作為傳動(dòng)部分，具有很強(qiáng)的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，主要用于提升粉體和小顆粒及小塊狀物料，區(qū)別于TD系列斗式提升機(jī)，其提升量更大、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效率更高。其常用于較大比重物料的提升。
(3).NE系列斗式提升機(jī)：
NE系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種新型的斗式提升機(jī)，其采用板鏈傳動(dòng)，區(qū)別于老型號(hào)TB系列板鏈斗式提升機(jī)，其命名方式采用提升量命名而非斗寬。如NE150指的是提升量為150噸一小時(shí)而不是斗寬150。NE系列斗式提升機(jī)有著很高的提升效率，根據(jù)提升速度不同還分有NSE型號(hào)及高速板鏈斗式提升機(jī)。
(4).TB系列斗式提升機(jī)：
TB系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種較老型號(hào)的斗式提升機(jī)，其傳動(dòng)部分采用板鏈傳動(dòng)，現(xiàn)已經(jīng)被NE系列斗式提升機(jī)產(chǎn)品替代。
(5).TG系列斗式提升機(jī)：
TG系列斗式提升機(jī)是一種加強(qiáng)型膠帶斗式提升機(jī)，區(qū)別于TD系列斗式提升機(jī)，TG系列斗式提升機(jī)采用鋼絲膠帶作為傳動(dòng)帶，具有更強(qiáng)的傳動(dòng)能力。該系列斗式提升機(jī)多被應(yīng)用于糧食輸送上，又被稱(chēng)呼為糧食專(zhuān)用斗式提升機(jī)。
(6).其它型號(hào)斗式提升機(jī)：
常見(jiàn)的斗式提升機(jī)型號(hào)還有HL系列斗式提升機(jī)、GTD系列斗式提升機(jī)、GTH系列斗式提升機(jī)等，其均為以上型號(hào)的不同叫法和演變形式。
