平面回旋篩概述

高效精密平面回旋篩，它包括有一個機座4和一個篩面上安裝有彈性球的篩體2，機座的兩端外側分別設有一個龍門吊架1，在兩個龍門吊架與機座的掛環(huán)上分別連接有將機座水平吊起的吊繩3，在機座上面靠一端安裝有一套驅動裝置5，在驅動裝置上面安裝有傳動箱6，在傳動箱上經主動軸、從動軸及其偏心塊與篩體的加料口一端相連接，篩體的另一端向下傾斜3-8度用吊繩吊掛在另一端的龍門吊架上。

從篩機搖動體即篩箱運動軌跡來看，平面回旋篩又稱往復篩，其驅動裝置所產生的振動力是一繞定軸、方向呈一定規(guī)律變化的慣性力，其本質是由偏心輪繞定軸轉動所形成的往復慣性力。根據回旋篩的結構特點及工作原理，其篩面一般為水平或微傾斜布置�；匦Y的工作原理為:篩機啟動后，篩機搖動體即篩箱在慣性力的作用下作前后往復運動，篩箱帶動篩面作周期性搖動，從而使篩面上的物料隨篩箱一同作定向跳躍式運動，期間，小于篩面孔徑的物理通過篩孔落到下層，成為篩下物，大于篩面孔徑的物料經連續(xù)翻滾跳躍運動后從排料口排出，最終完成篩分工作。
