圓形高頻篩概述

    高頻振動篩具有篩分效率高、設備振幅小、振動頻率高等多種優點。由于高頻振動篩使用的是特制高頻振動電機而且機體采用了獨特的超高頻率的結構設計，所以與普通篩分機的原理有很大不同。這種設計可以輕松的破壞物料表面的張力，而且加速了微粒物料在篩網表面的高速振蕩，進而加速了大密度（大比重）物料的分離速度，大幅增加了小于篩網網孔的物料與篩孔接觸的概率，從而創造了很好的分離條件，使小于篩網網孔的物料，特別是比重較大的物粒快速篩分分離。
