DSF型 電液動(dòng)三通分料器

    DSF-A（B、C、D、E）型 電液動(dòng)三通分料器采用了電液推桿作動(dòng)力源。因其具有自動(dòng)過(guò)載保護(hù)性能,當(dāng)運(yùn)行受阻時(shí)，油路中壓力增高到調(diào)定的限額，溢流閥迅速而準(zhǔn)確地溢流，實(shí)行過(guò)載保護(hù)。電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)在額定值內(nèi)不會(huì)燒毀。當(dāng)推桿運(yùn)行至調(diào)定行程終端時(shí)，電液推桿油路集成塊中設(shè)計(jì)了自鎖機(jī)構(gòu)，電機(jī)停止，活塞桿則自鎖在此位置上，處于保壓狀態(tài)。
    其中DSF-A（B）型電液動(dòng)三通分料器可用于物料換向/分流。且允許在有料流通過(guò)時(shí)換向；DSF-C（D、E）型電液動(dòng)三能分料器可用于物料換向分流，并且有閘門的功能；同時(shí)控制物料切斷或同時(shí)流通的作用。工作原理是通過(guò)電液推桿帶動(dòng)三能分料器的轉(zhuǎn)軸機(jī)構(gòu)，來(lái)控制翻板翻轉(zhuǎn)，達(dá)到物料換向的作用。本產(chǎn)品可以直接將上部法蘭接在膠帶機(jī)頭部漏斗下或其它設(shè)備下料接口處，其一般用于在堆比重小于等于2.8t/m3且磨琢性較大、工作環(huán)境惡劣的條件下。考慮到其結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸大、重量大(耐磨襯板較厚)，上部法蘭無(wú)法承受自身重量，使用須根據(jù)實(shí)際情況另加支承。
