LS螺旋輸送機(jī)產(chǎn)品概述
螺旋輸送機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、冶金、化工、電力、煤炭、機(jī)械、輕工、糧食及食品行業(yè)，適宜輸送粉狀、顆粒狀、小塊狀物料，如水泥、煤粉、糧食、化肥、灰渣、沙子、焦炭等；不宜輸送易變質(zhì)、粘性大、易結(jié)塊的物料。螺旋輸送機(jī)工作環(huán)境溫度通常為-20～40℃，輸送物料的溫度一般為-20～80℃，螺旋輸送機(jī)適宜水平和小傾角布置，傾角以不超過(guò)15°為宜，如傾斜角度過(guò)大請(qǐng)選用GX系列螺旋輸送機(jī)，或與我公司技術(shù)部門聯(lián)系進(jìn)行單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì)。
LS型螺旋輸送機(jī)等效采用ISO1050-75標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)制造符合ZBJ81005.1～2-88《 LS螺旋輸送機(jī) 》專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。LS型螺旋輸送機(jī)直徑由100mm～1250mm，共十二種規(guī)格,分為單驅(qū)動(dòng)和雙驅(qū)動(dòng)兩種形式，單驅(qū)動(dòng)螺旋輸送機(jī)最大長(zhǎng)度可達(dá)40m(特大型30m)，雙驅(qū)動(dòng)螺旋輸送機(jī)采用中間斷開(kāi)軸結(jié)構(gòu)，最大長(zhǎng)度可達(dá)80m(特大型60m)，螺旋輸送機(jī)長(zhǎng)度級(jí)差每0.5m一檔，可根據(jù)需要選定，螺旋輸送機(jī)頭部軸承、尾部軸承置于殼體外部減少了灰塵對(duì)軸承室的侵入提高了螺旋機(jī)關(guān)鍵件的使用壽命。中間吊軸承采用滾動(dòng)、滑動(dòng)可互換的兩種結(jié)構(gòu)，阻力小、密封性強(qiáng)、耐磨性好。滑動(dòng)軸承的軸瓦有粉末冶金、尼龍和巴氏合金等多種材料供用戶根據(jù)不同的場(chǎng)合選用。吊軸承機(jī)外側(cè)置式油杯,便于集中加油潤(rùn)滑。進(jìn)出料口位置布置靈活,并增設(shè)電動(dòng)型出料口，便于自動(dòng)控制，還可根據(jù)用戶要求，配置測(cè)速報(bào)警裝置。
