煤粉振動篩（煤粉篩）產(chǎn)品工作原理：
該篩機(jī)由振動電機(jī)、篩體、一次減振簧、一次減振、二次減振簧、底板組成。依靠相同的兩臺振動電機(jī)反方向自同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，使篩體沿激振力方向做周期性往復(fù)運(yùn)動，迫使物料在篩面上做連續(xù)拋物運(yùn)動，煤粉迅速松散透篩，木屑與纖維等雜物留在篩網(wǎng)上部，定期由人工清理。
Working principles

煤粉振動篩（煤粉篩）產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：
本機(jī)由篩箱、密封罩、振動電機(jī)、二次隔振系統(tǒng)、底架等組成。篩箱依靠兩臺相同的振動電機(jī)作反方向自同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，使整個參振部件做直線振動。煤粉從入料口落入篩箱后，迅速松散、透篩，木屑、纖維等雜物留在篩網(wǎng)上部，定期由人工清理。
煤粉篩采用高性能的振動電機(jī)激振，調(diào)整振動電機(jī)激振力的大小，可以改變篩機(jī)振動的振幅大小。
篩機(jī)設(shè)置二次隔振系統(tǒng)，煤粉篩運(yùn)行時傳給基礎(chǔ)的動負(fù)荷小，可以安裝在樓板上。
篩面為平頂式不銹鋼絲編織篩網(wǎng)，用勾板拉緊。

煤粉振動篩（煤粉篩）產(chǎn)品安裝與調(diào)試：
1、安裝前，把現(xiàn)場基礎(chǔ)與篩子安裝圖對照檢查。
2、安裝時根據(jù)從下到上的順序安裝，先裝底板，再裝二次振簧，二次減振，一次減振簧，篩體。
3、調(diào)整各種膠簧，保證垂直，如出現(xiàn)歪斜，調(diào)整底板位置，使之垂直，最后把底板與基礎(chǔ)予理板焊接在一起。
4、兩臺電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向相反。
Installation and debugging

1、應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查固定電機(jī)螺栓和固定篩板螺栓是否松動，如有松動，及時擰緊。
2、振動電機(jī)一般一年大修一次，檢查軸承磨損情況，更換新的潤滑脂。
3、振動電機(jī)日常維護(hù)參照電機(jī)使用說明書。
