ZFB系列防閉裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)。由振動(dòng)電機(jī)、底座兩部分組成。振動(dòng)電機(jī)和底座由螺栓緊密地固定為一體，由于底座堅(jiān)固地安裝在料倉(cāng)壁上，這樣就構(gòu)成了單質(zhì)點(diǎn)定向強(qiáng)迫振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。
當(dāng)防閉塞裝置工作時(shí)，振動(dòng)電機(jī)的高速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，便產(chǎn)生了對(duì)料倉(cāng)壁的周期性高頻振動(dòng)，由于防閉塞裝置的周期性振動(dòng)，一方面使物料與倉(cāng)壁脫離接觸、消除物料與倉(cāng)壁的摩擦，另一方面使物料受交變速度和加速度的影響，處于不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，從而有效地克服物料的內(nèi)摩擦力和聚集力，以消除料倉(cāng)內(nèi)物料間的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定性，使物料從料倉(cāng)口順利排出。該產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參照J(rèn)B5330-91《振動(dòng)三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)》。
The structure of the ZFB series against the device.It consists of vibration motor, base of two parts.Vibration motor and base fixed by bolt closely as a whole, because the base firmly installed in a bunker wall, thus constitute the elemental point directional force vibration system.
