氣流篩粉機與氣固分離除塵裝置組成閉路篩分系統。主機是氣流篩粉機，篩體的密閉外殼內裝有立式圓周筒形篩網；篩網內側有圓周形風輪，由裝于底座上的電動機驅動旋轉；篩體外殼的正上方裝有進料斗及粗篩，下部設有排渣口；電動機與主軸為皮帶連接；風輪料斗下口形成進料間隙。氣固分離除塵裝置由引風機，沉降室和除塵布袋組成，氣流篩與分離除塵裝置之間由塑料波紋軟管連接。

QS系列氣流篩分機(氣流篩)保養與維護
工作人員要嚴格按照氣流篩分機產品使用說明書的要求，正確使用設備。做好設備的清潔、潤滑、緊固和防蝕等日常維護工作，使設備經常保持內外清潔、性能良好、安全可靠的狀態。電器控制箱要保持清潔，嚴防粉塵落入控制箱，造成電氣元件失靈或短路。要定期檢查接地線是否良好，設備到電源開關的電纜線連接是否良好，如有老化應及時更換。氣流篩主機、電機和風機每年要檢修一次，加入適量潤滑油，清除電機內粉塵。配有激振器的篩機激振器每年必須維修一至二次，每次維修要加潤滑油，連接螺栓要緊固。
氣流篩的篩網更換時要保證均勻張緊，固定兩端鋼絲繩時，需邊緊固邊調整篩網。

QS系列氣流篩分機(氣流篩)常見故障及排除方法
1、當處理量達不到要求時，應用檢驗篩檢測物料是否符合篩分要求。
2、當處理量突然增大時應取成品檢測分析，若成品不合格，應檢查篩網是否完好。
3、工作時突然不出料。
（1）應檢查風機是否正常，若風機流量減少，應檢修風機。
（2）檢查排料絞龍是否不能轉動、不能排料。
The Frequent Qustions and troubleshooting methods

2, when capacity suddenly become larger, should take analysis of product testing, if the product is unqualified, should check whether the screen mesh is in good condition.
3. don't discharge in working.

1、本機不宜篩分具有粘度，含水量大于5%的物料及易燃、易爆物料。
2、同等型號的氣流篩分機，篩分物料目數越大相應產量降低。
3、該機每次只能篩出一種目數的物料，如需同時得到幾種目數物料則需多機搭連。
4、訂貨時需說明以下事項：
a、需篩分物料的名稱及堆積比重。
b、物料粒度及含水量。
c、篩網目數。
d、篩機處理產量。
