閘門型旋振篩產(chǎn)品概述

    閘門旋振篩是對特殊物料的處理有加閘門型設(shè)計，可保證篩分物料的機(jī)內(nèi)停留時間，達(dá)到精度要求時，開啟閘門排出物料，用以保證篩分精度及處理量。但由于篩分時間的提高會造成篩分產(chǎn)量的降低，所以本系列旋振動篩更適合對產(chǎn)量沒有太高要求但對篩分精度有很高要求的物料篩分。

XZS系列閘門型振動篩主要結(jié)構(gòu)

    各種閘門型振動篩，一般由篩蓋（通常設(shè)有進(jìn)料接口）、篩框（內(nèi)裝篩網(wǎng)組件）、驅(qū)動裝置（通常為立式振動電機(jī)）、隔振裝置（一組支承彈簧）、底座等幾部分組成，其中，篩蓋與篩框為振動部分，其它部分為非振動部分，另外，底座兼有支承功用。篩框為閘門型振動篩的主要參振部分。篩框通常由板材卷焊而成，其上下端均有一承接圈，下內(nèi)部設(shè)有一法蘭圈，用于固定篩網(wǎng)組件等結(jié)構(gòu)。
