1、往復(fù)式給料機(jī)是固定安裝在儲(chǔ)料倉(cāng)口下,在安裝前需要確定水平位置,將機(jī)架與倉(cāng)口用螺栓緊固,然后再將傳動(dòng)平臺(tái)安放在正確位置上,H形架與機(jī)架,傳動(dòng)平臺(tái)焊牢,減速機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)找正安裝,調(diào)節(jié)適當(dāng),用螺栓緊固；
2、安裝后需要進(jìn)行空負(fù)荷試車,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)當(dāng)中,檢查各部件工作是否正常,滾動(dòng)軸承最高溫升不得高于60℃；
3、依據(jù)卸料要求調(diào)節(jié)生產(chǎn)率時(shí),將曲柄部位銷軸拔出,松動(dòng)螺母,轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)曲柄殼的位置“1、2、3、4”選擇固定,將銷軸插入,聯(lián)結(jié)曲柄與曲柄殼,緊固銷軸和螺母,調(diào)整完畢后再開(kāi)車。
