工作原理
先將機器放置水平位置，接通電源，啟動工作開關，確保電機順時針運轉后，以示該機進入正確工作狀態。然后把被篩選的物料倒入進料斗，根據物料顆粒大小正確調整料斗底部的塞板使物料均勻進入上層篩網中；同時也使篩子上部的圓筒風機向篩網出料端正確送風；可以谷物中的輕雜廢料清理出來。篩分機的下部有四個軸承分別固定在機架上的槽鋼內做直線往復運動；其中篩子的上層粗篩是清理物料中的大顆粒雜質，而下層細篩是清理物料中小顆粒雜質。
篩分機的一側通過活動連桿與電動機帶動的曲軸或偏心輪協調工作從而完成了篩分除雜的全過程。
