座式電磁振動給料機

    座式電磁振動給料機(喂料機)廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、建材、化工、電力、糧食、機械等行業(yè)，可將顆粒狀、粉狀物料均勻、連續(xù)、定量地送至受料裝置。特別適用于自動配料、定量包裝、生產(chǎn)流程自動化、給料精度要求高的場合。給料機(喂料機)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，調(diào)試方便。安裝方式可分為座式安裝和懸掛式安裝。正常給料時可下傾10°安裝，對粘性或含水量較高的物料或細粉料可下傾15°安裝使用。給料機(喂料機)選型設(shè)計時應(yīng)考慮設(shè)置溜咀及閘門，具體配置可參照GZV系列及GZ系列電磁振動給料機(喂料機)的配置方案，以保證振幅和給料量的穩(wěn)定。

GZ系列電磁振動給料機工作原理

　　電磁振動給料機的激振器電磁線圈的電流是經(jīng)過單相半波整流的，當線圈接通后在正半周內(nèi)有電流通過，銜鐵與鐵芯之間便產(chǎn)生了一脈沖電磁力互相吸引，這時槽體向后運動，激振器的主彈簧發(fā)生變形儲存了一定的勢能，在負半周線圈中無電流通過，電磁力消失，主彈簧釋放能量，使銜鐵和鐵芯朝反方向離槽體向前運動，于是電磁振動給料機以交流電源的頻率作每分鐘3000次的往復振動，由于槽體的底平面與激振力作用線有一定的夾角，因此槽體中的物料沿拋物線的軌跡連續(xù)不斷地向前運動。調(diào)節(jié)整流電壓的高低，即可控制電磁振動給料機的送料量。給料機采用可控硅整流供電。改變可控硅的導通角，即可控制輸出電壓的高低。根據(jù)使用條件，可取不同信號來控制可控硅導通角的大小以達到自動定量送料的目的。

    配套控制箱具有手動控制和自動控制兩種功能。自動控制信號為0～5V或～20mA。控制箱基本電路采用先進的移相觸發(fā)器控制固態(tài)繼電器作為主回路整流控制原件，可靠性好、壽命長，是一種新型控制電路。控制箱分為掛式與臺式兩種，訂貨時請注明。
