SZR系列熱礦振動(dòng)篩工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

    SZR系列熱礦振動(dòng)篩為座式安裝，采用雙軸振動(dòng)器振動(dòng)。雙軸振動(dòng)器兩根軸由兩臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)分別帶動(dòng)做反向自同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，使篩箱產(chǎn)生直線振動(dòng)。電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝在篩箱側(cè)面的固定支架上，故電動(dòng)機(jī)不參振。
電動(dòng)機(jī)和雙軸振動(dòng)器之間，兩臺(tái)雙軸振動(dòng)器之間均采用萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器連接，萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸器同時(shí)具有角度和長(zhǎng)度的補(bǔ)償作用，可以滿足篩機(jī)工作時(shí)電動(dòng)機(jī)和激振器之間的相對(duì)位移要求。
根據(jù)電動(dòng)機(jī)和振動(dòng)器安裝位置的不同，熱礦振動(dòng)篩可制定成上振式或下振式。
    SZR系列熱礦篩均配備二次隔振系統(tǒng)，對(duì)基礎(chǔ)的動(dòng)負(fù)荷較小，使用于有隔振減振要求，安裝高度允許的場(chǎng)合。
熱礦篩篩箱的側(cè)板與橫梁采用優(yōu)質(zhì)耐熱不銹鋼（或優(yōu)質(zhì)耐熱鋼）制造，主板和側(cè)板之間，側(cè)板和橫梁的連接采用環(huán)槽鉚釘連接，連接緊固可靠。
熱礦振動(dòng)篩工作時(shí)，篩板與高溫物料接觸，要求有較好的耐磨、耐熱性能，故采用耐熱合金鑄鋼。工作時(shí)篩板會(huì)受熱膨脹，篩板固定裝置采用斜插緊固，并設(shè)有熱補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)，可保證工作溫度狀態(tài)下，篩板固定牢靠，篩板拆裝也比較方便。

Working principles and Features

Depending on the motor and the vibrator is installed, heat ore vibrating screen can be set into vibration type or under vibration pattern.
   SZR series hot griddle were equipped with the secondary vibration isolation system, on the basis of the dynamic load is small, used in vibration isolation vibration reduction requirements, installation height allowed.
Hot ore sieve screen box side plate and beam is made of high quality heat-resistant stainless steel or high quality heat resistant steel manufacturing, motherboard and side panel, side panel and beam connection using ring groove rivet connection, reliable connection fastening.

SZR系列熱礦振動(dòng)篩（熱礦篩）的運(yùn)輸與保管

      篩子應(yīng)在水平情況下起吊，起吊后要保持篩子平衡。要用鋼絲繩套在篩框的起吊孔上起吊，不允許吊篩子的其它部位。篩子分為篩箱（包括振動(dòng)器）、隔振架、電動(dòng)機(jī)及電機(jī)架三部分運(yùn)輸。在工地現(xiàn)場(chǎng)拖拉運(yùn)輸時(shí)，篩箱下部應(yīng)墊若干滾杠，地面要平整，鋼絲繩應(yīng)兜住篩框下部剛度較大部位。設(shè)備到貨后，應(yīng)根據(jù)發(fā)貨清單檢查設(shè)備是否齊全，裝運(yùn)過(guò)程中是否造成損壞。存放地面平整，篩子應(yīng)有枕木墊起，不得與地面接觸，更不得被水浸泡。露天存放時(shí)，上部應(yīng)遮蓋。
